The deal between and MwaslaTech was sealed with the signing of an MoU at Hala headquarters in Dubai. The hosts were represented by top bosses of both companies : Khaled Nuseibeh and Yasser Sedky, CEOs of Hala and MwaslaTech, respectively.
According to the agreement, Hala will explore opportunities in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt. This is a new city project, said to be the most ambitious, lying east of Cairo that began construction back in 2015.
